I got a highly competittive big grant from JSPS (like NSF), "Global Center of Excellence". Our proposal, "Global Eco-Risk Management from Asian Viewpoints", has been accepted as one of 63 proposals in the all scientific fields in Japan. JSPS encourages a contribution on international scientific cooperation to Global COE programs. (http://risk.kan.ynu.ac.jp/gcoe/)
